Merchants can create custom promotions using the interface that is linked to the Local Heroes back office.  Cardholders can go on line, purchase and send gift cards or secure printable vouchers (SPV's), and send them instantly to anyone they wish.  The "featured merchants" section on the homepage will allow merchants added exposure to emphasize special events, sales, new arrivals and editorial and video content.
